1. Services Provided
Parmar Graphics provides a range of digital and documentation services, including but not limited to:
Printing, Xerox, and Scanning.
Graphic Designing (ID cards, Invitation cards, etc.).
Online Form Filling and Official Document Applications.
Computer Typing (Hindi & English).
Basic Banking Assistance and General Stationery.
2. User Responsibility & Data Accuracy
For services involving Online Form Filling, Typing, and Applications:
The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate, valid, and complete information.
Verification: It is the customer's duty to review all drafts and final forms before submission. Parmar Graphics is not liable for rejected applications, penalties, or errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Approval: For design services (invitations/graphics), once a "proof" is approved by the customer, we are not responsible for any typographical or design errors found after printing.
3. Privacy and Document Handling
We take your privacy seriously. While helping with official forms:
We do not store your sensitive credentials (passwords, PINs) beyond the duration of the specific transaction.
Physical or digital copies of personal IDs provided for Xerox or scanning are processed and deleted/returned immediately unless requested otherwise for your records.
4. Payments and Refunds
Service Fees: Fees for digital services (form filling, typing, and banking assistance) are for the labor provided and are non-refundable once the task has been initiated.
Physical Goods: Payments for printing, stationery, and Xerox must be settled at the time of delivery. Custom-designed items (like marriage cards) cannot be returned once printed.
5. Limitation of Liability
Parmar Graphics aims for 100% accuracy and timely delivery. However, we shall not be held liable for:
Technical failures of third-party government or banking portals.
Delays caused by electricity outages or internet service interruptions.
Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our documentation services.

Unless otherwise stated, Parmar Graphics owns the intellectual property rights for all original design templates and website content. You may not republish material from

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jhabua/Meghnagar.
